Introduction
The www.multapex.com.au website is owned and operated by MULTAPEX Pty Limited ACN 237 927 005 (“MULTAPEX”).
These Terms & Conditions of Use in conjunction with MULTAPEX’s Privacy Policy and any additional terms, conditions, notices or disclaimers contained elsewhere on the website form an agreement with you for the supply of material on, use of and access to the website. Your continuing use of the website constitutes an affirmative acknowledgement that you accept and agree to abide and be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any subsequent modifications.
Should you object to any of these Terms & Conditions or subsequent modifications your only recourse is to immediately discontinue your use of the website.
1. Acceptable Use
You agree to abide by all applicable laws, regulations and codes of Internet conduct to ensure that no content uploaded or distributed or stored by you infringes the rights of others.
